Weightlifting Class — Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:00pm-7:30pm

Drop-Ins

If you would like to come in and have full access to our equipment, feel free to drop in and lift with a specialized Olympic weightlifting coach. This is for people who already have a background in weightlifting that either have an unpredictable work schedule, lift at a commercial gym where they can’t drop the weight, or if you’re just in the area for that day. Remember, you must already have experience of Olympic weightlifting. For anyone that does not have experience in weightlifting, we require that you go through at least one private session with one of the Oakland Strong coaches before dropping in.

Designated time for drop-ins: 4pm-5pm M/W/F

Drop-in Fee: $20
